AYBOT Ship Yacht Tourism Industrial Trading Limited Company was founded in 2005 in partnership of Mr. Necati YILMAZ and Mr. Cemal Yilmaz, and General Planning and the preparation of the Project service continued until 2006.

Constitute top management. As for Sub staff has been divided into departments of management and separated into two main parts as Technical and Financial Affairs managers.

The institution constructed on the 22.000 m2 terrain, between coast and the highway, 10th km of Cide-Bartin Routes, became ready for production in 2007. During this time, It was understood that clients demands were mainly commercial qualified and big dimensional ships centred such as; cargo vessel and tanker. Because of that reason, after suspending the building operations of the institution, the second lap of building was started. The institution which was completed in 2008 as a result of these expansions and investments started its production in a way of having much higher capacity and space.

That the operations of Integrated Management System (IMS) were started as well in parallel with construction of the institution shows that how important for the firm the quality and systematic work concept is. This system, ISO 9001 Quality Management System, was composed with the combination of OHSAS 18000 Occupational Safety and Health and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Operations of IMS continue with constant improvements.

Our Facilities;

Our shipyard, according to projects designed for intended use of the ship, has capacity and opportunities for making any kind of naval vessels such as; Cargo Vessels, Chemical Tanker, Ferryboat, Passenger Boat, Fishing Vessel and Tugboat at different tonnages up to 120 m. Moreover, yacht orders such as; plate Motor yacht, Schooner and Trawler are taken besides these merchantmen.

In our production the concept of “Quality is first” is dominant. Our firm’s its own peculiar concept is to deliver a naval vessel, constructed without any contamination of environment, by reflecting the specification, stated in the project without changing anything, in the circumstances that the customers want, without any work accidents and a vessel from which customers will be able to receive service for years. According to our firm, quality production cannot be limited with functionality and endurance. An enduring and handy product can be described as qualified as long as it is produced with care of environment, safe working, and low consumption of sources and with minimum loss. In the century that we are facing with global warming, the pollution of the environment and speed decrease of energy and natural resources; we believe that not only we but also all of the other firms, especially those in heavy industrial class, should adopt this concept as production philosophy for themselves.
